Protein Packed and Healthy
Cricket flour is naturally high in protein. In fact, crickets have two to three more times protein than beef. If you can imagine a kilo of roasted crickets and a kilo of steak, the pile of crickets is your healthiest choice. Now imagine these crickets ground down until they look like a normal, familiar baking flour, and you have Hoppa cricket flour.
50g of our flour contains 30g of protein, so you could really pimp your brownies by adding it to the mix.
